I guarantee all items handmade by me to be of the best quality materials.

Each item is individually handcrafted and created to the highest standard of craftsmanship. This means that each item guaranteed for workmanship when it leaves my studio. I cannot guarantee items for damage due to mishandling, improper care or washing or not following the care instructions as enclosed with every purchase.

I am not responsible for ill-fitting cabin lace due to customer mis-measurement.  Please be very careful when measuring up windows and portholes as each item is individually handmade to measure and is not returnable if the item does not fit due to customer mis-measurement.  If you have questions before placing the order please contact me for more information on how to measure up.

Jewellery items can be altered or repaired, please contact me for information on returning items for repair.  This does not apply to any crochet or macrame' items.

Postage and packing charges include shipment by Royal Mail Special Delivery and insurance for the items ordered.
